OverView: Provides a short semi-technical introduction to how the ANGEL APPLICATION works.

Currently we track 3 types of requests: bugs, tasks and support items. Tasks are basically for new features, bugs for technical problems in the current release, and support items are open for anyone to post who has a problem of some sort.
